Aztec Midi Dress...

On walking into River Island one day last month when I was doing my summer shopping, This dress caught my eye Immediately. As you all know I have an infatuation with all things maxi and midi... and the navy on white Aztec print just felt so summery and on trend! I also love the shape at the neck, it's a classy piece that can be worn dressed up, or casual.
I kept it casual when I wore it out the other night.
White shoes were too much with it so I went with a pair of vibrant yellow sandals, (The three way ones which were available in Primark/Penneys last year)
Although scorching hot in the day, it's beginning to get quite chilly at night so I threw my vintage Levis Jacket from Urban Outfitters over it. I kept the accessories at a minimum and wore my feather ear cuff which my sister sent me over from Australia.

It's so darn hard to find a place to take pictures in my house over here! Excuse the crappy photography also, I've been using my Iphone..
As for my hair in the picture, I've gotten awfully lazy and have been getting out of the shower with wet hair and letting it dry into this wild mess!
Hope you ladies have a fab weekend..

Badlands Clothing...

This year I've been loving the grungy, funky look, From over-sized jackets to vintage denim studded shorts..
So when I came across Badlands clothing on Asos I was instantly charmed.
I'm not sure if my internet here on the tip of this mountain is bad, but I can't seem to find an official website for the brand to give you anymore info... What I can tell you is that the clothes are amazing, although a little on the expensive side, (we're talking Urban Outfitters prices here..) I'm sure they're worth a few days savings... Here are some of the pieces being sold on Asos.

What do you ladies think of these clothes?
If interested in buying check them out on Asos here!

Just a week until my big move to Florence! The excitement is starting to kick in now!

Ibiza Blues!!...

Well hello there strangers! Apologies for my lack of blogging in the last few weeks. As most of you know I went on holidays to Ibiza for a week, went home for three days and then made the big move to Italy, boxes and all. I'm living in the small village where I'm from on the tip of a mountain where internet and phone signal are rare..
In September I'll be moving over to Florence for four years of fashion school, all by myself. I'll be sharing an apartment with four American girls who I won't be meeting until I move in, I have no job lined up and my Italian is a country dialect which would be laughed at in a huge city like Florence. So to say I'm getting nervous now would be quite the understatement! Anyways.... this is just a short post (Before I lose my internet connection!) about Ibiza...

I had the best week of my life!
I went with my best friend and another friend... Going on holidays with a huge group of girls wouldn't be my cup of tea at all, the three of us are really easygoing so we managed to have an amazing time without any arguments over what to do or where to go!

Just to show you ladies an outfit I wore out one of the nights... The aztec printed leotard is from American Apparel and the denim shorts are from River Island.. I'm absolutely in love with the top but have to say I'm not impressed with the quality of the material... I wore it once and came home with a hole down the side :( I sewed it up and kept my head held high but for something that costs around the thirty euro mark it should be a lot more durable!

Also had to show you ladies my batman top.. I spent the whole night running around the strip in Ibiza (and at Swedish house mafia) singing the batman theme song!

The high waist bikini from Urban Outfitters that I have not shut up about for the last few months was worn a lot! I love how you can still look modest when going for a dip in the pool!

Laughing gas... so much fun!

I went to see Jessie J in Eden. To be honest I'm not a fan of her music and just went along as my friends like her. She has an amazing voice, I'll give her that... but she only played five songs... and we payed fifty euro to get in! That's a tenner a song! I was not impressed..

The view from our balcony!

The swimming pool at our hotel. We stayed in Marco Polo II and although it's no four seasons we were comfortable and had a lovely pool to go to every day! We also made some amazing friends there and were pretty much allowed to do whatever we wanted!

We went on the Pukka Up boat party on the day of my birthday and it was amazing!

Sorry for the lack of details in this post.. as I said, short and sweet...
I'm going to try to blog as much as possible in the next few weeks and when I'm settled in to my new home in Florence hopefully I'll get back on track and blogging regularly!
I hope you ladies are having an amazing summer :)
